Last Saturday, the 16th, I had my first book signing at Barnes & Noble! Had a table for 2 hours by the front of the store, and it went really well! I almost sold out of all my copies of The Witch's Detective and The Last Heir of Re'Vall. I even sold a copy of TWD to a real detective hahaha. My advice, have some freebies, I made some buttons using Canva and a button maker I got for like 37$ on Amazon, it works really well! Kids love buttons, and it's a great way to get their parents over to check out your book! Not that the buttons were ONLY for kids, anyone could have one. I made some character-specific as well, you know, just in case someone who had read my book happened to be there ;) But it was fun, my daughter hung out with me, my in-laws showed up, and bought some books. So 10 outta 10 I recommend having a signing at Barnes & Noble! Now, an indie author's work is never done, so my next signing is on September 13th at Rivendale Books and Baubles in Broken Arrow! I'll have that on my event page so check it out!

My set up! All 4 of my books had their little place

My Father-in-law made this box for me, I thought it'd be a neat thing to put my buttons in!
